Heart-Centered Leadership and HR Consulting was founded on the belief that effective leadership flourishes when it is rooted in clarity, connection, and genuine care for people — rather than merely focusing on performance metrics. 


After years in HR and leadership roles, I recognized a troubling trend: organizations were demanding more from leaders, urging them to act quickly and shoulder greater responsibilities, often without the necessary support or tools for effective leadership. Concurrently, employees are experiencing burnout, feeling disconnected, and losing sight of what meaningful leadership truly entails. 


This practice was established to transform that narrative, and to help leaders respond instead of react.


What started as a passion for individual growth has blossomed into a people-centered consulting practice that emphasizes Grounded Leadership, drawing from real-world experiences, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership development. My approach is personal, grounded, and specifically designed to nurture strong leadership and foster a healthy workplace culture.

Ana’s work blends professional expertise with real-world experience in leadership, employee relations, and workplace culture building, along with her entrepreneurial background. Her approach is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply human — helping leaders navigate both growth and challenge with clarity and confidence.
